Photos from today's Veterans Day Program!

Tomorrow is a Fun Filled Fall Day! Join us and bring the whole family!!
We are excited to host two events this Friday, November 10, 2023. All elementary students would have brought a flyer home last Friday informing you of both the Veterans Program and the Fall Festival. We are grateful to the American Auxiliary Legion Unit 134 and the Bulldog Benchwarmers for providing us with these experiences for our students.
The Veterans Program will occur in the Carlile Gymnasium starting at 1:45 p.m. All of our students will participate in the program as we honor those veterans who gave so much for our freedoms. Our Peetz School Band will be playing for the program and several students will be honored with an award presentation. All are invited to attend this special event. If you are attending as a parent, please feel free to stay after to enjoy the Fall Festival in the little gym. If you have an elementary student, they will be brought back to the little gym, we ask that you wait for your child to return to the gym before joining them.
The Fall Festival that starts at the conclusion of the Veterans program will be located in the little gym. All elementary classes will have a chance to participate for the last hour of the day to ensure all of our little Bulldogs have a chance to enjoy the festivities. Teachers and older high school students will help all of our littles to participate in the event. At 3:15 all elementary classes will head back to their classrooms to prepare for a normal release of students. The Fall Festival will continue after school until 5:00 p.m. for those who would like to participate as a family. If your child will be staying after school to attend the Festival, please let Mrs. Toft know that they will not be riding the bus by Thursday, November 9, 2023. If we have not heard from you we will assume they are not attending after school and will follow your child's normal afternoon release. For those students staying for the Festival, they must be accompanied by a parent or a designated adult.
We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!

NJHS/NHS: Pairing with the "Adopt a Dog" Shelter in Chappelle NE. We are asking for dog & cat food, toys, and blankets. Drop off: NHS bin located in the commons.
