STOP. It's the law. When you see this sign out on a bus and red flashing lights, from either in front or in back, you must stop. Our busses load and unload on the south side of the school. When these signs are out and the red lights are flashing you are not allowed to drive past the busses. You can turn around and drive around the school on the north side. Thank you for following the rules of the road and keeping our children safe.

SPORTS PHOTOS WEDNESDAY: Individual and team photos - Jr High Track starting at 2:45 and HS Track and Baseball immediately after. Make sure you bring your uniforms! Student-athletes should have order forms that went home yesterday. Extras are outside of Mr. Sorensen's office.

Spring is here! The first grade class balanced an egg on end at exactly the perfect time.
The juniors and seniors are going to Denver Monday, March 20, to meet the Colorado State Supreme Court Justice Richard Gabriel to learn about the government. They will also visit the Distirct Court and go to the State Assembly. Bus leaves at 4:45 am and gets back at around 4pm. Have Fun!

It might be cold and icy outside but inside there is a flurry of activity. FFA Oyster Fry starts at 5:30 tonight.

SEALED BIDS BEING ACCEPTED: For removal of the garage on the southeast corner of the playground. Sealed bids must be in the office before 4:00 on March 20th. Bids will be opened at the March 20th school board meeting. The garage must be removed at the winning bidder's expense by May 15th. For more information, contact Jeff Durbin at 970-334-2361.

Sky participated in the Science Fair at NJC. She got 3rd in Biology and received the Jack Westfall award for Medical research.
So many activities today! It's wonderful to see so many kids involved in our after school activities. Today there is basketball, baseball, track, painting and volleyball later! And even weight lifters!
BULLDOG BENCHWARMERS PAINTING CLASS TONIGHT - We are SO excited to bring painting classes back to Peetz this year!! With the help of our generous donors, we'll also be covering a portion of the cost!

NEW BUILDING DESIGN: Thank you to the community members who came out to see the new design progress. The input from community, students and staff have helped Neenan develop a great design solution for our new school. We also appreciate Jimmy L's BBQ for the meal and the students who came and helped provide childcare for the younger children.
