The April 14th test date for the SAT has been postponed. Colorado Department of Education and College Board are working together to figure out what the next step would be. I will keep you all in the loop as the information becomes available. Stay healthy!

#BULLDOGSTRONG Teachers and leaders had a meeting via Zoom today to move forward with an education plan. You will see the results posted later today so please keep an eye out for it. We are working hard behind the scenes for all our kids!!
This information has also been emailed to parents.
Today we got word that Governor Polis has suspended all in-person learning until April 17th. Staff will be meeting on Monday to finalize a plan for alternative learning for all students. More information will be posted next week or as it becomes available. Thanks!
March 17th, Third grade students had fun practicing our distance learning by doing an online tutorial of "How to draw a Leprechaun ". We have some artists and it was fun connecting with the students during this challenging time! Great job Mrs. Schilz!!!!

SOUTH AMERICA! Sixth grade students learn about South America as they explore this continent through virtual reality. So much fun!!
SOLAR DESIGN! Fourth grade scientists built and tested their solar devices today on the playground. Measuring the temperature of our constant, noting the ambient temperature, and measuring the temperature of the cup of water placed in the solar device, students recorded their observations at 5 minute intervals to draw a conclusion as to the best design.
MAKIN' THE CHARTS! In addition to the post earlier about scoring leaders - check these out! Nice work boys - Nolan H. made the rebound leaders to #13 and Cooper made his mark on the field goals, 3-pt, and free throws. Hard work pays off- keep it up! (Thank you OTSportsChek)
CONGRATULATIONS COOPER W! He rocked basketball this year - 8th in the state for scoring. What an amazing accomplishment. Way to go Coop!
NASA Engineers! Fourth Grade students tested their collision shield devices this afternoon. This STEM challenge required students to build a device to protect an egg from a drop at various heights. Students defined the problem, designed a product, and tested their solution. Each device was successful!
AFTER PROM: If you are bringing a guest to After Prom that is not a Peetz student, be sure to sign them up on the sign-up sheet located on the office window or they will not be permitted to attend. Please get your SIGNED WAIVER form for After Prom to Ms. Kennedy. You will need this in order to participate in all the fun! Remember that out of town guests must also have a signed waiver form
