Peetz’s football team is in the unusual position of being further along than most Colorado schools. Due to their affiliation with the Colorado Rural Football League, Peetz has already played 2 games, albeit in an unofficial capacity. Head coach Scott Sorensen has said that he doesn’t believe that will give the team a season long advantage, but admitted it could help Peetz early on in the season.
