• We will revisit the mission/vision statement, outline groups and their job descriptions, determine resources needed for each group, and we will also set a schedule for the committee moving forward.

• The four goals are Culture/Collaboration, Innovation, Financial, and Communication.  We will be putting action steps in for each goal as this process continues.

COVID Update:

Based on information from CDPHE, the Health Department, and the survey that was sent out to staff and parents we are going to prolong our Christmas break until Jan. 11th for students.  We are hoping to mitigate the spread of the virus and maintain in-person learning for the remainder of the school year.  We feel that this will help assist us in determining if any exposures or infections have occurred over the break, make sure we have extra time for deep cleaning, and assure we have enough staff to properly educate the students upon returning for the second semester.  We appreciate all of your help in keeping kids home when sick and informing us of potential exposures, it will be even more critical coming off of a long break and getting together with family and friends throughout the holidays.  Please keep Mr. Forster and I aware of any potential exposures so that we can prepare a plan for the return of students to the building.

Thank you all and Happy Holidays to each and everyone of you!
