PEETZ YOUTH CHEER TEAM 2024-2025 REGISTRATION: Any child in grades 3-8 who is interested in joining the Peetz Youth Cheer Team will need to complete the registration form below no later than Monday, April 29, 2024. The Peetz Youth Cheer Team will cheer and perform routines at Homecoming and select high school football and basketball games throughout the 2024/2025 school year. New participants will join the current team for Friday practice after school from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm beginning Friday, April 19, 2024. The summer practice schedule is TBD. We will be hosting a team camp this summer. Parents are responsible for the purchase of the uniform (estimated cost is $30-$100 depending on what the team chooses for next year. Do NOT let the expense of the uniform stop you from registering. We can always look at fundraising, sponsorships, or selecting cheaper uniforms if needed). We are also looking for anyone interested in volunteering to coach. If you are interested in helping, please mark this on the registration form. TOUR THE STATES: Come on a tour of the United States on Monday, April 22nd from 9:30-11:00!

DH HS Baseball game Wednesday, April 17th at Peetz v.s Briggsdale. Game starts at 2pm.

Jh Track Meet at Chappell. Bus leaves at 7:30am.

DEEP CLEANING: The school is getting a cleansing as we prepare to move. The collection of items since the 40's is pretty amazing. Today, the stage and attic is being purged of props collected from homecomings, proms and plays over the decades.

LOST and FOUND: if your child is missing clothing or water bottles, please make sure to check the lost and found tub by the office.

PROM & POST PROM: Walk the Red Carpet on April 27th. Pictures start at 6:30 at the community center. Dress your best! Prom and Post prom are for 9-12th grade students. Post Prom starts at 10:00 and ends at 12:30pm. Please see attached pictures for details on both events. Out of town guests must have a permission slip due by April 26th to Mrs. Schumacher. All attendees of post prom MUST have a signed waiver returned to Mrs. Schumacher.

CHAMPIONS: Congratulations to the top 3 finishers in the Mouse Car Race. 1st - JB, 2nd - Colton, 3rd - Lily. All 6th - 8th grade students in Mr. Donnelson's Science class engineered race cars, then competed to see whose design would make the cars travel the furthest.

ROAD CLOSURE 4/16/2024: Main Street along the North side of the school will be closed Tuesday, April 16th from approximately 8:30 AM through the remainder of the school day. Please divert all traffic to Louisa Street located on the South side of the school.

GAME DAY SCHEDULE CHANGE: The baseball game scheduled for Thursday, April 18th vs Briggsdale has been moved to Wednesday, April 17th @ 2 PM in Peetz.
